I listen to all the girls at work talk about gyms and programs, I think I'm going to start with walking and biking. I walked for 55min. Saturday and biked 45 min. Sunday. I don't know how I missed Monday but, I'm ready today. Walking! Tomorrow I'm biking to work....17 min. there and 17 min. back! I'll keep you posted!
I'm a plain jane kind of girl with expression and creativity in my heart. On the edge of 50, there are some experiences calling to me so loud I just can't ignore them anymore.
